Percussionist

A percussionist is a musician specialized in playing percussion instruments, such as drums, cymbals, marimbas, xylophones, among others. They may play in a variety of contexts, such as orchestras, bands, jazz ensembles, and recordings of popular or classical music. Technical skill and creativity are essential to being a good percussionist.
