Scooby-Doo is a fictional character from the animated television series of the same name. He is a large, shaggy Great Dane dog with a shy and friendly personality. Scooby-Doo is known for his fear of ghosts and monsters, but despite that he is always willing to help solve mysteries along with his group of friends, called "Ghostbusters". The series follows the adventures of Scooby-Doo and his friends, who travel in a van called "The Mystery Machine" solving cases of "ghosts" and monsters. The series was created in 1969 and is still popular with both adults and children.
